O.M.LER s.r.l. team said goodbye to 2019 with great satisfaction, thanks to the signing of an important agency agreement between the company and the South African enterprise Globen Engineering Services & Supplies. For 2020 the company aims for entering into the investment casting foundries market.
To make it possible O.M.LER has become a member of the European Investment Casters’ Federation (EICF) for the year 2020. EICF is a federa-
tion that joins together the investment casting foundries and their suppliers. Being a member of it is a great opportunity to know and be known in the market of foundries that adopt the investment casting process.
During this casting method the breaking of the ceramic shell generated during the investment casting process is needed. That is possible thanks to the vibrations that a pneumatic decoring hammer generates by beating on the casting tree. Right this is what O.M.LER pneumatic decoring hammer can do! O.M.LER pneumatic decoring hammer works at a different air pressure generating a different frequency and a different beating force which allow to break the ceramic shell without damaging the castings, even the most delicate ones! The decoring hammer is available in two models, each one in three different versions for every kind of casting to decore.
The decoring hammer must be fastened in a decoring station called decoring bench in order it can work on a casting tree. Every decoring bench designed and produced by O.M.LER is manufactured according to the specific needs of every customer, giving in this way ad hoc solutions and after-sales technical support. O.M.LER team is at disposal of every potential customer to answer all its inquiries.
