5-axis dispensing

ISCRA dielectrics, official distributor of Fisnar Europe, presents the newcomer from Fisnar, the innovative F7405N 5-axis benchtop robot. The robot, which enriches the 7000 range, ensures a 5-axis dispensing system, allowing for a reduction in set up and preparation time, an increase in dispensing accuracy and provides the flexibility of being able to work continuously with five interpolated axes for 3D fluid dispensing. F7405n is able to carry out points, lines, arcs, circles on a working area of: X 400mm, Y 400mm, Z 100mm, R ±720° and U +40°.

Thanks to the continuous control on the 5 axes, it is possible to apply adhesives, sealants and many other fluids along curved lines, vertical lines or points that were difficult to reach without reprogramming and resuming the dispensing operation later on. The dispensing can be continuous or point to point and guarantees high precision with a resolution of 0.001 mm. Programming is very simple: it can be done through the dedicated user friendly terminal or remotely from an external PC equipped with the optional F7000N-WIN software.
