Mixing head for dosing two-component resins

E.O.I. Tecne presents the new Viscotec mixing head for ViscoDuo-V two-component resins with built-in dosing pumps. The two pumps feed components A and B directly to the static mixer, in the pre-set proportion.

Accurate and repetitive drops, doses and deposits can be obtained. Reversal of rotation interrupts dosing and prevents leaking. The pumps work with the worm screw principle, do not stress the materials and are compatible with products of all viscosities, even with inert or abrasive charges.

The head has a limited weight and can be installed directly on robots or mechanical arms, with the advantage of avoiding piping. Finally, the control unit makes it possible to set up the ratio, the quantity dispensed and the dosing speed.
