New impetus for the Italian subsidiary
Giuliano Collodel (pictured), CEO of Turck Banner Italia since last September, met with trade journalists and talked about the targets and the plan to grow the Italian branch of the joint venture between Turck and Banner Engineering. Three are the cornerstones of this strategy: renewed visibility, investments and attention to customers.
“I have found young, very capable and experienced collaborators”, said Mr Collodel. “They will be able to transmit knowledge and values to the new colleagues and work with them to build a renewed company”.
One of the first steps will be strengthening the sales force, in order to improve trade activity, so far for well mostly entrusted to agencies. “Using an internal sales force means relying on internally trained professionals, who may transmit company values and, in addition to knowing the products, have access to their developments, also putting themselves at stake as consultants”, said Turck Banner Italia’s CEO.
