Micro-dosing for bi-component resins

Iscra dielectrics presents STD DUO, the ideal solution for the new market needs for fluid metering applications. This is a system equipped with progressing cavity pumps with controlled and continuous volume. Thanks to this technology it is possible to dispense by means of the same device a wide range of fluids, from material with very low viscosity such as water, oils etc., to very viscous products up to 1,000,000 mPa such as greases, pastes, silicones, various sealants and one or two-component resins – even with abrasive fillers – ensuring a homogeneous and constant dispensing in every situation. The pumps are equipped with worm screws (AISI 304 or 316), inserted into specific supports, available in various materials based on the chemical compatibility of the fluid to be dispensed. This meter mix and dispense technology allows to perform precise dosages, independent of the viscosity fluctuations generated by temperature variations. Thanks to the use of brushless motor or stepper motors with encoder it is possible to manage a wide range of dosing flow rates. There are many sectors in which STD DUO system is applied: automotive, solar / thermal, food, pharmaceutical, chemical etc.
