Digital microscope

The VHX Series was designed by Keyence in response to overcome the limitations of traditional optical microscopes by providing high-resolution, large depth-of-field imaging and integrated 2D/3D measurement. Thanks to the 4K CMOS image sensor, the multidirectional lighting and the newly-developed optical system, the company offers a microscope which combines a large depth of field with high resolution to deliver a display mode which returns images similar to those of a scanning electron microscope. The high 4K resolution and the large depth-of-field play a crucial role also in the processing of 3D profiles and advanced measurement, including contamination analysis based on the ISO 16232 standard and measurements of the size of crystal grains. Designed with user ease, speed and repeatability in mind, the new VHX-7000 digital microscope allows to view, capture and measure with just one device. Other than microscopes, Keyence offers a wide range of high-precision, in-line and off-line products and devices, such as vision systems, measurement systems, laser markers, sensors, code readers, safety barriers and profile projectors.
