Award for quality in product and service

Planetary gearbox specialist Neugart, received this year’s “Schneider Electric Supplier Award” in the “Quality” category. With this award, the French electrical engineering group, Schneider Electric, recognizes outstanding achievements from among its approximately 15,000 suppliers worldwide.

The jury based its decision in favour of Neugart particularly on the “ability of this supplier to deliver high-quality products day after day” and also highlighted the excellent service level. As a gearbox manufacturer, Neugart has been one of Schneider Electric’s preferred suppliers for many years. The reasons for this longstanding relationship are: first, the expertise gained from over 90 years of experience and more than 400,000 planetary gearboxes delivered worldwide annually. And, secondly, a comprehensive overall package of gearbox hardware, tools, supply chain and services. The two Managing Directors, Bernd Neugart (right) and Thomas Herr, accepted the award at a virtual event.
