Face Drivers and clamps

Meccanica Scotti, over the past few years, has invested heavily in research, continuing to grow and improve its products, and developing more accurate and reliable solutions. The face drivers and clamps, which represent the third line of the company’s products, are made in collaboration with the customer from the request, to the installation, up to the processing and quality tests, ensuring maximum attention to the specific use for which they are intended.
Made of carefully selected, treated and ground steels, this equipment is perfect for very high precision machining, with high cutting speeds and considerable chip removal.
The TBI series for grinding, with independent clamp closing head, is suitable for dragging small pieces, even on machines with automated loads. The head is totally oscillating and, at the moment of closing, it does not force the workpiece to move axially and/or radially. Very precise, the TBI clamp works in a dragging range between ø4 and ø20 with a clamping force of up to 245 KgF.
