Improved screw couplings

DNP Industriale introduces the evolution of screw coupling series PVV3. For these couplings, which are among the most used in the World, DNP proposes three different versions, in order to offer to its customers more possibilities of use and to discover new applications.
Standard PVV3 couplings, which are available from size ISO 6.3 up to ISO 30 (with a working pressure between 30 and 45 Mpa) and both with hexagonal and round sleeves, have now underwent a complete revision, both of the valve groups and of the external body.
PVV3 CC couplings, which are available only with a hexagonal sleeve, offer the possibility to install coloured rings both on the male and on the female couplings. The hydraulic circuits are now easily detectable during the connection, in case there are more lines with the same dimension installed, which is an increasingly requested feature for every series of products. PVV3 CS couplings, which are available only with a hexagonal sleeve, offer an anti-loosening system when the coupling is connected. This permits the usage even in those applications where the vibrations are very high and the coupling would otherwise unscrew. With this system this is no longer an issue, while at the same time the interchangeability is maintained, in accordance with the current regulations.
