Low noise hydraulic pumps
Hansa-TMP distributes Kawasaki Precision Machinery’s series of hydraulic pumps and motors in Italy. New for the Italian market is the K3VLS series, a swash plate axial piston pump for sectors where a variable displacement solution for medium to high pressures is required.
The company Hansa-TMP, based in Modena, is the exclusive distributor in Italy of some of the most prestigious international hydraulic brands. For over twenty years, it has collaborated with the world giant Kawasaki Precision Machinery. Hansa-TMP is now presenting a new Kawasaki pump, the K3VLS series. The new K3VLS swashplate axial piston pumps, from 50 to 150 cm3, with variable displacement for open circuit, have been designed and built to meet the market needs of the agricultural, marine, industrial and construction sectors. Specifically, they are advantageous for machines and equipment that require load-sensing or electrical control, and in all areas where a medium/high pressure variable displacement pump is required.
Low noise levels and lower fuel consumption
The new K3VLS rotary unit offers high efficiency, with values at the top of its category. Its design allows low levels of noise with the direct, beneficial consequence of achieving a sustained level of operator comfort. The high efficiency of the rotary unit requires low standby torque. This allows a reduction in the temperature of the hydraulic system and, consequently, lower fuel consumption. Kawasaki’s new K3VLS range is small and very light compared to the highest market standards.
Excellent performance at high speed
In addition, Hansa-TMP distributes the M7V/M7X series, also from Kawasaki: these are 11-piston swashplate motors from 85 to 212 cm3, variable and fixed displacement, for open and closed circuits. The new motors have high starting torque compared to the inclined axis and electric or hydraulic proportional controls. High-speed performance is equivalent to that of a bent axis motor, but achieved by a swashplate motor. The M7V motor has been equipped with a rotating assembly featuring excellent thermal balance. Excellent hydraulic balancing provides high reliability. The reduced reaction of the forces on the bearings, compared to those of a bent axis motor, results in a doubling of the bearing life. Thanks to the special design of the swash plate and the reaction of the forces on the motor body, there is less noise emission, which is further reduced by special distributor plates. Finally, the rotating assembly allows constant speed even at low speeds.
