Multi-axis controller for stepper motors

SMC improved the interpolation and speed regulation functions for its range of LE electric actuators by releasing the JXC92 series.
This multi-axis controller provides savings in programming and tooling because it allows to manage three actuators with a single device instead of using three controllers for the same function. This product completes SMC’s JXC*3 series which simultaneously controls four axes and shares EtherNet/IP™ compatibility making them both valid solutions for industrial environments.
The JXC92 is not only highly flexible, but it also allows to save precious space since it includes less cables and the controller is smaller if compared to three separate units. It is also possible to save precious time in the programming of the controller and to speed up cabling and connection of the various wires; besides, it allows to configure three axes at one go and in a single step.
In general, the JXC92 provides a complete solution in an integrated product, with the possibility of creating a linear interpolation (3 axes) and a circular one (2 axes) and can be used in positioning and thrust applications, making it ideal for a vast range of industrial sectors.
