The second edition of the Leasing Exhibition

After the success of the 2018 edition, which saw more than 900 speeches and 40 partners including exhibitors and sponsors, Lease, the exhibition of leasing and rental, is back.
The event is scheduled for 20 and 21 March at the Sole24Ore headquarters in Milan. Organizers Newton and Assilea (Associazione Italiana Leasing) have planned several round tables and in-depth focuses ranging from the Internet of Things to Artificial Intelligence, from Fintech to Blockchain, from energy transition to sustainable mobility. Lease 2019 will be a meeting place for all market players, such as companies, intermediaries, suppliers, prospects, private citizens and consultants, in order to analyse currents trends of a growing market sector. Compared to the previous year the leasing market closed 2018 with a growth of 5.3% in terms of value and 2.7% in terms of contracts concluded, which exceeded 724,000. The weight of leasing on investments increased from 12.6% to 16.3% in the 2012-2018 five-year period.
20% of the leased loans were made by innovative companies participating in the Business Plan 4.0. The monthly dynamics of leasing bookings 4.0 were very positive, growing until July – in terms of both numbers and stipulated values – with positive peaks in September and October. At the end of the year funds were exhausted.
